Comprehensive Care (Primary Care, Psychiatry, and Weight management) - $500.00.
Dr. Uddin provides self-pay fee-for-service care for patients 18 or older. What makes Dr. Uddin unique is his triple board certification in internal medicine, obesity medicine, and psychiatry. Not only does he manage psychiatric conditions, but for an additional fee, he also offers to assume the role of a primary care physician and weight management services. He manages chronic medical conditions including but not limited to obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol. Moreover, he considers psychiatric conditions to be “diagnoses of exclusion”, in that he ensures that any potential medical conditions contributing to symptoms are ruled out or treated. Dr. Uddin treats the whole patient, rather than having to coordinate care with multiple providers.
- Subsequent follow-up appointments are $200.00.
